Payment
Please note that each lot is subject to a Buyer’s Premium of 15% on the hammer price.
Buyer’s Premium and applicable Canadian taxes are added to the hammer price.
Jones Auction House accepts payment by cash, certified cheque, Interac E-Transfers, and wire transfers in Canadian Dollars, or credit card. Credit card purchases are limited to a maximum of $20,000 CAD.
Invoices paid by credit card may be subject to a 2.5% fee.
Pick Up
Purchases must be removed within 10 days of the date of sale.
Pick up days are typically scheduled in the week following the auction close. Please see individual auction details for exact dates.
Shipping
Our Auction House does not offer packing or shipping services. Buyers must arrange their own shipping through an independent provider and are responsible for all related costs.

If you prefer to work another courier, we are happy to have your item(s) ready for pick up. Please note that your shipper will need to wrap/box or crate the item for shipping. Please email us to designate your courier and authorizing them to retrieve your item from our gallery.

We provide dimensions in the lot listing for all items in our auction. Any courier should be able to provide you with a shipping estimate for your item and preferred destination. Please contact us if your shipping company requires additional information.
Please note we are not responsible for shipping services or have any liability for providing this information or for any shipping arrangements made by the purchaser. International shipments may be subject to duties or import fees.
