Our Qualifications

Our lead appraiser is one of only a few in Atlantic Canada qualified as Accredited Member with a Fine Arts Specialty through the International Society of Appraisers.

Caleb Jones is an Accredited Member (Fine Arts Specialty) of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and has been trained and tested in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as established by The Appraisal Foundation. With these affiliations, Caleb and his associates maintain the highest professional code of ethics, operating within specific industry guidelines. Caleb retains a membership in ISA through ongoing education and professional service, and maintains his USPAP certification through regular training and examinations.

Why does this matter?

Not all personal property appraisers have the same qualifications, and not every appraisal association has the same membership requirements. The International Society of Appraisers is one of the only appraisal associations that requires rigorous training in appraisal theory and ethics for membership.
